Offices

When you plan on going to our offices in Erlangen or Berlin, make sure you add your visit to the respective office calendars. The calendar IDs can be found in our general thomann.io confluence space. This is especially important if you are the organizer of a larger workshop/group event in one of the offices.

Book a meeting room

You need to use one of the meeting rooms in our office?

No problem - let's make sure it isn't already booked and that it doesn't get booked over later. Please use the appropriate office calendar (Berlin or Erlangen) and create an event for the day you want to book your meeting room.

Please include event title:

• Your name
• Room name
• Start and end time of the booking
• e.g. "Mike / large Berlin meeting room / 9am - 6pm
