For every change to the handbook, follow these steps:
- increment the version depending on the size and impact of your change. If unsure, ask in the
io-handbookSlack channel. - add the date of your change to the headline
- per change, write a change note as an unordered list item preceded with the section you updated (e.g., guidelines/secondary employment:)
