Onsite Workshops

When planning onsite workshops, please take the following guidelines into account:

• onsite workshops must take place in either one of our offices in Berlin or Erlangen, or in the headquarters in Treppendorf. We do not offer budget for external locations
• if possible, contact our orga team 2-3 weeks in advance or as soon as possible. They can help you with meeting room availability and an overview on our workshop equipment
• our standard equipment in each office includes flipcharts, whiteboards, markers for both, a selection of stickies and pens, paper cards, and crepe tape
  • in case you deplete some mentioned items, contact the orga team to have them reorder what's missing
• if your workshop has a lot of participants or any other restraints (e.g. a classified topic), the orga team can help you book one of our offices exclusively for your planned endeavor
